Upgrade-itis

My geared mountain bike sits with a flat tire. Grime encrusts my commuter's drivetrain. My singlespeed alternates between squealing and grinding when I apply the rear disk brake. Despite this straightforward bike repair to-do list, I invest my scant free time in installing this accessory.

I actually need a bottle opener on the trail from time to time, and I was already carrying one in my Camelbak. Come to think of it, even my at-home set of bike tools contains several related items.

I allow nothing to interfere with my carbo-loading.
